WAYNESBORO, Va. (WHSV) – Anne Ferguson was convicted of three counts of embezzlement following a 2024 investigation by Waynesboro police and a guilty plea.
Ferguson — a former employee of E-N Computers in Waynesboro, according to police records — was tasked with handling some of the company’s financial decisions and authorized to move funds around. According to police, the company approached WPD in 2024, after they found many financial errors.
