BROOK PARK, Ohio – An intoxicated Glenway Drive man, 38 at the time, was arrested at about 10 p.m. May 15 after he threatened to shoot his neighbor in an apartment building.
The man told police that he had argued with the neighbor over loud music coming from her apartment. He asked her to turn the volume down. This led to an argument.
As the man spoke to police, they smelled alcohol on him. His eyes were red and glassy and he had trouble keeping his balance…
