ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) —A man will be extradited to the Piedmont Triad after being arrested in Georgia.
According to the Invictus Task Force, in January 2026, they initiated an investigation regarding child exploitation and identified Timonty Yang, 20, as a suspect. On May 8, Yang was charged with one count of felony indecent liberties with a minor and one count of felony dissemination to minors under 16.
On Friday, Yang was taken into custody by US Marshal Service in Winder, Georgia. He is awaiting extradition back to Alamance County…
