LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster County resident tested positive for measles and may have exposed others in the area, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Officials say anyone who visited the Kohl’s at 2350 Lincoln Way East on the following days may have been exposed.

Those who are not vaccinated have the highest risk of infection, according to the Department of Health.
