Cherokee Park indecent exposure suspect to appear in court in June

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Gregory Mack is facing two counts of indecent exposure after complaints from visitors at Cherokee Park accused him of exposing himself and touching himself in public — at times in front of children.

Court records say the reported incidents happened on April 24 and May 4. Police arrested Mack on May 8. A photo of the suspect has also been shared widely on social media.

Mack appeared via Zoom for a preliminary hearing on Thursday. His attorney told the judge he is still working through evidence in the case, including additional discovery related to identification…
