ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A 29-year-old woman is charged with DUI manslaughter for a fatal crash on Highway 29 in Escambia County last October.
Kelcey Eyl turned herself in to authorities Friday around 2 a.m. on a warrant issued by Florida Highway Patrol. She is charged with DUI Manslaughter and two counts of DUI Serious Bodily Injury.
