SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Chatham County has a new District 4 commissioner. Brian Hussey was sworn in Friday morning, filling the seat left open by longtime commissioner Pat Farrell, who stepped down to run for Congress.
Hussey won the May primary with nearly 60 percent of the vote, defeating businessman Joe Welch. He focused on crime, homelessness and stormwater improvements.
