Emeril’s Chophouse
The famed Emeril Lagasse is bringing his latest to L’Auberge Casino & Hotel in Baton Rouge. It’ll be his take on the classic American steakhouse. The menu will also have seafood, signature dishes and cocktails.
The new restaurant will have 175 seats with a private dining room, bar and lounge area overlooking the Mississippi River. It’s replacing 18 Steak, which will temporarily operate in the former buffet space as construction begins on Emeril’s Chophouse.
It’ll open doors this summer, according to the casino’s website. L’Auberge also posted a rendering on Instagram depicting the restaurant’s upscale interior.
