(WFRV) – A situation regarding a kitten recently thrown out of a moving vehicle has reached the “purrfect” ending.
According to a release from the Wisconsin State Patrol, one trooper had responded sometime last week to assist a driver stopped on a ramp to I-90 who claimed they had witnessed kittens being thrown from a moving vehicle.

While the vehicle and people in question were not found, the trooper was able to find and rescue a kitten.
The kitten was then taken to a nearby animal shelter, where it was cared for while the trooper was at work, with the trooper informing the shelter that he wanted to adopt the rescued animal, who has since been named Toby…
