LUBBOCK, Texas — The FBI Dallas North Texas Child Exploitation Task Force and the North Texas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force announced the results of Operation Soteria Shield, resulting in 276 child exploitation arrests across Texas, including the arrest of 12 Lubbock criminals.

The press release indicates that the operation took place during March and April of 2026. Local law enforcement agencies involved in this statewide operation included the Plainview Police Department, Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office, Lubbock Police Department, Seminole Police Department and several others.
The following offenders were captured in Lubbock as part of the operation:

“Operation Soteria Shield brought together over 90 agencies from across the State of Texas. Together, we were able to make a significant impact in the ongoing battle against predators who exploit children in our communities.
