ROGERSVILLE, Mo. — A boy is suing the Logan-Rogersville School District after he was allegedly burned by a chemical fire on school property last year.
The petition was filed May 28 in Webster County Circuit Court on behalf of the student, identified in court documents only by the initials X.M., through next friend William Morgan.
