BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A husband and wife are following their dream with a new full-service dining establishment, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, in Northampton County.
Ay Bendito Café, offering authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, will hold its grand opening at 7 a.m. Monday, June 15, at 310 E. Goepp St. in Bethlehem.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m.
