Motorists should prepare for lane restrictions on Interstate 78 and several other roads across Lehigh County as PennDOT schedules maintenance and repair work next week, the state agency said in a travel advisory.
A PennDOT contractor will conduct median repairs on I-78 in Allentown between Exit 57 at Lehigh Street and Exit 60 at Route 309 from Sunday, May 31 through Saturday, June 6. Lane restrictions in both directions will be in effect nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
