CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A man in Cincinnati allegedly shot at two underage victims from his bedroom while high, then hid the gun in his home.
According to court documents from the Hamilton County Municipal Court, Stanley Foster was arrested and charged with two counts of felonious assault, discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises, two counts of having weapons while under disability, and tampering with evidence.
Foster allegedly shot a gun at “two juvenile victims” from his bedroom window on May 29. The bullets did not hit the victims, but instead travelled across the street and landed somewhere unknown, authorities said…
