CLEVELAND — Members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested four fugitives and recovered four firearms during an operation Friday morning on Cleveland’s east side, authorities said.
According to the United States Marshals Service, task force officers were searching for Nathaniel Arthur, 19, and a 16-year-old juvenile who had both been wanted since January.
