LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Titans Investment is proposing a new student housing complex at 201 Woodland Avenue. According to their proposal, the seven-story building would house 55 units.
In comparison to other planned housing buildings downtown, the proposal says it’s substantially smaller.
In line with the Imagine Lexington 2045 comprehensive plan, the company has three goals: supporting infill and redevelopment throughout the urban service area, respecting context and design features of the existing surrounding area, and incorporating enough green and open space.
