THDA increases down payment assistance purchase price cap

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — First time home buyers in Tennessee now have more options when it comes to purchasing houses with down payment assistance.

The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) recently increased its acquisition cost limit from $400,000 to $500,000 for its Great Choice Home Loan program.
