SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg Police Department said eight vehicles were broken into at an apartment complex early Saturday morning.
According to an incident report, officers responded to Riverwind Apartments on Heywood Avenue in the city limits of Spartanburg on May 30 in reference to vandalism.
