Syracuse, N.Y. — More than 1,000 homes and businesses remain without power Saturday morning in Central New York after high winds downed trees and wires Friday night.
12,000 were without power at one point Friday night in Onondaga and Oswego counties after the storms crossed the region, according to National Grid outage maps.
