A shooting Friday that left one man dead and another injured when someone fired multiple rounds into an SUV happened around 1:15 p.m. in the 4800 block of Annette Street, according to Baton Rouge police.
The driver of the vehicle managed to reach a gas station at 6556 Airline Highway, which is about five blocks from the scene of the shooting, BRPD Lt. L’Jean McKneely said.
