DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines police are asking the public for help to locate three people who they believe were involved in an overnight arson incident Friday.
Police and fire personnel responded just after 1 a.m. Friday to the Krause Gateway Center (1459 Grand Ave.) after receiving a report of a fire near the building.
