Unhelmeted biker dies in early morning U.S. 400 crash

(KODE/KSNF) — An early morning crash in Labette County leaves a Missouri man dead.

It happened just before 7:30 A.M. Saturday, when a 2005 Harley Davidson was traveling westbound on U.S. 400, about a mile east of U.S. 169.

A Kansas Highway Patrol crash report says the motorcycle suddenly left the road for an unknown reason went into the ditch and overturned.
