WINCHESTER, Ky. — Giving back where they can, a Clark County couple has spent the last six years meeting those in need exactly where they are.
On Thursdays, hygiene items, clothes and pizza fill downtown Winchester, and the following week, the same happens in Fayette County. It is a weekly routine for Steven and his wife, Kelly Slone, founders of Kingdom Mission Outreach, a Clark County nonprofit started in 2020.
