An individual performing occupational duties at an Ocala commercial property has sued the company after he allegedly fell more than 20 feet through a concealed fiberglass skylight that had been painted over.
Jared Powell filed the complaint against Beacon Sales Acquisition, Inc., doing business as JGA Beacon, Inc., in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on May 19.
