SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Greene County Commissioners are set to decide on a rezoning request that would develop new homes in Willard.
The applicant, Lee Engineering & Associates, initially was looking to rezone approximately 93.36 acres of property, located near the intersection of North State Highway AB and West State Highway EE behind the Central Elementary School, from a R-1 Suburban Residence District to a UR-1 Urban District.
