DALLAS, Texas — An Oak Cliff family is leaning on prayer and each other after losing a young mother and her 18-month-old son in Thursday’s deadly apartment explosion — a tragedy made even heavier by the rubble that now sits where their neighbors once lived.
Marisol Perez and her son, Eric Jr. Perez, were among the three people killed in the blast. Her husband, Eric, had been at work when the explosion happened.
