Deputies are searching for a road rage shooter after an incident occurred in East Multnomah County near an out-of-session elementary school.
The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office got a 911 call at 2:44 a.m. Sunday, May 31, from a driver who said someone shot into their car near the intersection of Southeast Foster Road and Southeast Richey Road. That is a stone’s throw from Pleasant Valley Elementary.
The victim, a 24-year-old man, was driving a silver 2004 Dodge Ram pickup truck eastbound on Foster when he passed an SUV (described as a blue Ford Expedition).
