FRANCONIA TWP., Pa. – A casual fine dining restaurant, known for its bison dishes, countryside setting and rich history dating to the 1700s, has ended operations.
Rising Sun Inn, a full-service American restaurant and event venue, has closed at 898 Allentown Road in Franconia Township as the owners prepare for retirement, according to an announcement on the business’ Facebook page.
The establishment, located just outside Telford, operated in an 18th century structure with ties to the Revolutionary War.
