$101M awarded to victims of Hendersonville wall collapse, making history in North Carolina

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — The largest award for a personal injury claim in North Carolina history has been awarded five years after a deadly wall collapse in Hendersonville.

Three of the victims received $101 million in total: Two of the injured workers each received $45 million, and the wife of one of the workers received $11 million.
