TOWSON, MD—Lib’s Grill, a family-owned neighborhood bar and restaurant chain known for its casual upscale dining and signature raw bar, officially opened its newest location in downtown Towson on Monday.
The restaurant, situated at 210 W. Pennsylvania Ave., represents the fourth Maryland location for the expanding brand. It follows the success of its flagship venue in Perry Hall, which opened in 2013, as well as subsequent outposts established in Maple Lawn and Bel Air.
