ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)- The City of Roanoke welcomes its new assistant city manager Lavar Youmans.
Youmans most recently served as a county administrator in Hampton County, South Carolina. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from North Greenville University and a master’s degree in social work from Howard University.
