No arrests made after teen girl shot, another man hurt in Syracuse violent incident

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Police Department has not made any arrests after gunfire erupted in the city and a crash sent a person flying into the air.

The shooting on May 29 around 9:54 p.m. hurt a 15-year-old girl. A bullet hit her in the leg. A 35-year-old man was injured after an SUV slammed into the vehicle he was next to just moments later. The crash happened at the intersection of Graves and Seward streets. A camera system on a neighbor’s home captured the incident.
