EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Authorities are investigating after four bodies and more than 100 packages of suspected narcotics were discovered beneath an overpass at the entrance to Ciudad Juárez, just south of the Santa Teresa Port of Entry.
According to preliminary reports, an armed group left the bodies of four men alongside 108 packages of drugs at the scene early morning Monday, June 1. Officials said the victims showed clear signs of torture.
Investigators also recovered a handwritten message left on a poster board, allegedly by the perpetrators. The message was directed at individuals involved in the sale of the drug commonly known as “crystal meth” and contained threats of additional executions.
In English the message written said, “Your crystal meth dealers are here. Understand that this kind of nonsense isn’t going to be tolerated. There are 108 packages. Don’t steal them, you pigs.”…
