SAN ANTONIO – A man has died after being fatally stabbed near Comanche Lookout Park on the Northeast Side.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, officers were called to the scene of the attack around 2:50 p.m. on Monday, near the corner of Nacogdoches Road and Judson Road.
