PORTLAND, Ore. — Police are looking for a man who left his care facility in northeast Portland on Saturday and hasn’t been seen since.
Pema Dorjee was last seen at about noon on Saturday, May 30 leaving a care facility on Northeast 57th Avenue and Alberta Street. Staff called police at about midnight to report that he never returned.
