CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Needed-rain fell across the Lowcountry Monday evening, and more is moving through as we speak.
Rain may be heavy at times very early this morning. Ponding is likely on the roadways. Please use caution on the morning commute. Even if the rain has stopped in your community, big puddles will linger.
ON THE ROADS: Prepare to leave out a few minutes early if you’re headed to work! Although rainfall will not be as heavy as what was observed on Monday, a few showers – along with one or two steadier pockets – will be possible early. @Live5Weather@Live5News#SCWX#CHSWXpic.twitter.com/SOkzYznyIw

The steadiest rain will come to an end by mid-morning, if not sooner than that. Expect a mix of sun and clouds throughout the day…
