CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury has indicted the man accused of injuring five Cleveland police officers and a K-9 during a shooting and a chase.
Brian Branch, 24, was indicted on a total of 21 charges:
- Six counts of attempted murder
- Seven counts of felonious assault
- One count of vandalism
- One count of criminal damaging
- One count of assaulting police dog
- Three counts of discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises
- Two counts of of failure to comply with the order, signal of a police officer
Branch is currently locked up at the Cuyahoga County Jail and is scheduled to be arraigned on June 12.
