CLEVELAND, Ohio — A slow-moving storm system could bring heavy rain and flash flooding to Cleveland, Akron and much of Northeast Ohio on Monday, with the greatest threat expected from late morning through Monday evening.
A flood watch is in effect from 11 a.m. Monday through the evening for Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Lake, Geauga, Summit and Portage counties, along with several other counties in north central and northwest Ohio.
Ashtabula County is not included in the flood watch, though storms there could still produce locally heavy rain and isolated flooding…
