Man shoots at 2 cars at Marietta apartment complex, police say

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A man has been arrested after Marietta police say he shot at two cars, one of which was occupied by his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend, at an apartment complex.

Khalil Barnett, 19, was arrested at around 8 a.m. Monday by Marietta police and Cobb County police SWAT teams. He faces charges of aggravated assault with intent to murder, first-degree child cruelty and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
