120 drug-related deaths recorded across mid-Michigan in 2025, report says

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – The University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Office of the Medical Examiner has released its 2025 Annual Drug Report, which found 120 drug-related deaths across seven mid-Michigan counties.

The report covers Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, Ionia, Isabella, Livingston and Shiawassee counties. Investigators found that most drug-related deaths involved two or more substances.
