Police are trying to find the driver responsible for killing a woman in a hit-and-run in South Philadelphia late Monday night.
Officers responded to S. Broad Street and Oregon Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Monday. When they arrived, they found the woman unresponsive on the roadway.
