Oregon Economic Development Foundation may owe thousands in back rent to city

The Oregon Economic Development Foundation, Oregon’s main economic development arm, may owe thousands of dollars in back rent to the city.

The foundation started renting space in the Oregon Senior Center on Navarre Avenue in 2016, two years after the city purchased the building. The foundation stopped paying on the lease in May, 2018.
