PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Three teenagers packed onto one e-bike narrowly avoided being hit by a car after running a red light at an intersection in north Phoenix last week.
Video footage shows the group riding through the intersection near Desert Ridge. Only one of the riders was wearing a helmet. The riders looked to their right as they noticed oncoming traffic, but made it through the intersection unharmed.
