Tucson homeowners in single-family and small-scale residential zones could soon be allowed to split their lots into smaller parcels—and anyone living near a construction site should know that early morning work hours may also be on the way.
The proposal is part of CODE Tucson 2026, a package of updates across eight focus areas. Mayor and Council initiated the effort last December, with a council vote targeted for August.
