UPPER POTTSGROVE TWP., Pa. – Authorities are accusing a Montgomery County man of stealing more than $100,000 in life insurance payouts from his 19-year-old former stepson who has disabilities.
Christopher O. Johnson, 38, is charged with felony counts of financial exploitation of a care-dependent person and related offenses, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office said in a news release.
