CANTONMENT, Fla. — Whitney Spivey lives in a Cantonment area where spotting wildlife is nothing unusual. But what she saw Sunday morning was a first.
“My girlfriend brought the dog outside to use the bathroom and noticed vultures flying around the top of the house,” she said. “One landed and that’s when she saw it.”
