EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A 29-year-old man wanted on a parole violation warrant was taken into custody Sunday, May 31, in the afternoon after Horizon City police responded to a disturbance call.
According to the Horizon City Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 13000 block of Eastlake Boulevard around 2:46 p.m. following reports of a disturbance.
During their investigation, officers made contact with Jeffery W. Wagner who informed police that he had an active warrant and wished to turn himself in.
