MINNEAPOLIS — After the disappearance of Pillsbury marketing manager Anne Barber Dunlap on Dec. 30, 1995, her husband, Brad Dunlap, told every news reporter he talked to how perfect their marriage was.
“Everything in our life is like the best that it’s ever been,” Brad told KARE 11 News on Jan. 1, 1996, shortly after Anne’s vehicle was discovered in the parking lot of Kmart on Lake Street in Minneapolis. “We’re building a brand new home in Medina.
