The Brew Kettle opened at the Great Lakes Mall in Mentor in 2020 following the blueprint of other locations in the franchise, building its reputation on award-winning craft beer, welcoming hospitality and creating a place where people gather over food and cold pints.
When business wasn’t going quite the way they wanted, ownership and management decided to make some changes instead of abandoning its lone Lake County site.
So after closing down and doing a nine-month rebranding and evolution of the menu and decor, The Brew Kettle is once again open for business.
“We are trying something new and just didn’t want to give up on Mentor,” Director of Operations Kim Newton said. “The blood, sweat and tears that went into the new menu and the effort in that kitchen really paid off because the food is fantastic.”
