CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cleveland father is now facing charges after his 23-year-old son was killed in a shooting on the city’s West side Sunday afternoon.
John Kafel, 52, is charged with murder.
His son, Julius Kafel, 23, died after being shot in the 3500 block of W. 48th St. around 2 p.m. on May 31.
